Marin, who owned the apartment had great communication with us through What's app, he also arranged transportation for us which took away any stress of navigating a country we had previously never visited. Sara, who greeted us and checked us in was also so helpful and gave us information about excursions and local amenities. Both spoke very good, clear English. Marin also gave us recommendations for local restaurants, coffee shops, cake and days out. The apartment was lovely, modern and finished very well and very clean. Everything we needed was in the apartment, very clean white towels and bedding and a very comfortable bed. There were a few flights of stairs to navigate but worth it for the comfort of the apartment. It is situated in a prime spot to access all local amenities and attractions in the heart of the Old Town. We would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Zadar.

Convenient location with many dining options nearby. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the included breakfast each morning which was very good quality. Friendly staff and checkin. Very quick walk to the sea organ and sun dial.

Nice room , great location in the old town.

Excellent location, and amazing to stay somewhere so historic. The building dates from the 1500s, there's an 18th-century fresco on the ceiling, and bistros and eateries are just outside the front door. Everything worth seeing was within minutes. The only negative was the condition of the building itself and the clearly aged state of the apartment.

The hotel was excellent and very clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially Nikolina at reception and Jakob in the lounge bar. We enjoyed lovely meals at Planika and Bracera and a particular mention to Alexandria who provided excellent customer service throughout our entire meal. The hotel’s own restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served is also excellent with very tasty dishes and again great customer service. Thank you, we will return

Amazing hotel, not set in the nicest location but very walkable to old town! Staff are brilliant and the hotel is very clean and modern!
