Overall, very good. Kitchen utensils are quite limited (e.g. only one teaspoon), and care must be taken to discourage ants. The air conditioner in the main room is effective, but it does not reach the bedroom. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

The indoor pool was a good size, salt water is a bit of a surprise fine once you realise. Outdoor pool area was excellent plenty of shaded areas. The staff were courteous and genuinely happy to help. The golf carts were particularly useful for the return journey back to the hotel there are steps but pretty steep. Large selection of meats and specialty dishes absolutely no reason to go hungry. Local prices are pretty fair compared to the Islands. Dubrovnik is only a boat trip away and worth a visit very busy as you’d expect, the yellow bus tour was pretty good to access the scenery in Dubrovnik. Would visit again

Stayed there for two weeks with kids 9 and 11, and grandparents. Amazing place. Perfect surroundings on the Dalmatian countryside along wineyards and family restaurants. Cavtat and Dubrovnik is far away, consider rental car for the stay if you want to check out other places. Montenegro and Bosnia is only 30 mins to the border. The house was very clean and smelled nice. We had plenty of space for us six. The outside grillhouse was very nice for a break from the sun and to have dinners/bbq. Would definately recommend to others and consider revisiting. If I should complain about a single thing, it would be the matressess, a bit too hard for our taste. A thick top-mattress would do the trick. Overall, excellent!

Everything was great except for staff at breakfast. The omelet station was fast and great, but the waiters did not ask if we wanted anything to drink like coffee, water or fresh squeezed oj, which they do have. We went 4 mornings and was only asked 1 time. When I asked for OJ, I they were really rude and didn't want to bring it. Loved the pool and pool bar service. Rooms were large and quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely stunning views of the Adriatic and Dubrovnik. Do not hesitate, this villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony overlooking the sea and cooling off in pool during the evenings. But the best part of the stay was our host! Adrian and Naira made us feel like family. They were so gracious and generous during our stay. We hope to return soon!
