I’ve stayed here twice and I have no complaints. Location is great if you want to explore Banqiao. Staff is super helpful and professional. Rooms are large and clean.

If the bed sheets can change more often will be better

Great location, clean and modern rooms, good amenities, complimentary mini bar is very bare (don’t expect much)

The hotel entrance is impressive and the staff were helpful with luggage. The accommodations were not as I expected. We were in an isolated part of the hotel that was a 8-10 minute walk from the lobby with a lot of turns and elevation changes. We didn't encounter any other guest in the wing that we stayed in. The rooms were a good size, the bathrooms were clean but there was a musty smell in the room and the hallways. There was also a lizard in my room one of the nights which the hotel staff promptly removed. A filtered water dispenser was provided. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options to choose from. The hotel was not conveniently located to many of the popular activities so it took extra time to get places.
