Didn’t receive a gate code. Had difficulty with it during my stay. Pool area not relaxing. We were sight seeing in the area, but the place is not a place you would want to relax around.

Property is well maintained. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely pool and clean rooms. Spa has many amenities

Valet attendants super accommodating. Staff was friendly all around. Room was fantastic with lots of accent lighting. On the weekend, front door attendants are there to keep out undesirables. Pool was clean, servers are hot and food is freshly grilled on the spot.

Property was well maintained and beautifully appointed rooms. Felt like a resort out of the country. Highly recommend. Not one complaint.

It was “ok”. Staff was nice, they helped me get into my room early. However when I went into the room, the walk in shower had two strands of someone else’s hair in it and areas of the tile grout were black. The sink stopper was broken and wouldn’t lift up when pushing the lever down. The only way to lift it was to manually touch it by putting your hand in the dirty water to lift it up. There was also dirt on the flooring near the balcony door.

Room was dirty!! truly disappointed in the room and the cleanliness. Ping-pong table only had two balls and four paddles and two of them were broke. Some of the bags for the beanbag game were missing. Staff was friendly! Very nice! That was huge for me!! The food by pool service was awesome. The waterslides were the best. A little overcrowded for my taste during the day with all the public that were welcome. Could see a huge difference at night swim. Way less crowded thankfully!! The food was not good from The breakfast room service. The restaurants we tried towards the golf course attached to the hotel, the food was horrible. I really wanted to bring my older son back with my little guy and my husband to enjoy the waterslides and the lazy river however, hesitant to book a room again because of the cleanliness.
