(1,121 reviews) The room is excellent and the hotel location is great. The rooms are tastefully done and in excellent condition. The property and pool itself are beautiful. My only complaints were that there was no housekeeping for my 2-night stay-- when I asked about by room not being cleaned, I was told that I needed to request this at check-in. However, I was not told this when I checked in, which was very disappointing. Also, for the $378/night rate that I paid for my room, I believe that housekeeping should have been standard. Also, the Wifi essentially did not work at all, which was frustrating.
