Hollyburn Country Club Fishing Holidays

Great host and the location was close to the highway. There was too many cars at the location when we arrived as the neighbors seem to park on the propery. The suite is located in the basement and although newer it smelled very strongly of dried flowers which triggered our allergies. Yard was messy and old derelict vehicles in the yard and driveway. Convenient but not worth the amount we paid for it

The break fast had no staff at 8:00 am. We were told to leave ans come back in 15 mins. Two hosts were there. We asked to be seated and for just coffee while we wait foe servers to come in. This was denied. Wow !!! J have been coming to this hotel for over 25 yrs. Never seen it where breakfast wasn’t available due to no staff. Not even a coffee offered to sit and wait for a server to arrive.

I stay at this property each time I travel to the coast. The rooms are big and clean and the location perfect some someone without a vehicle. The reason why I chose 3 stars was the quality of the amenities. Our fridge was located in a enclosed area and the heat that it generated made the fridge work so hard that my milk was frozen along with my food and veggies. I was very disappointed. Otherwise, all is good and I will return, but in a different room type. That was a Queen deluxe

Staff were friendly and customer service was outstanding. Vancouver is a wonderful place in July!

Spacious rooms, great housekeeping.

This is a very delightful hotel that has generous rooms with fabulous amenities. Usually stay at a Fairmont hotel at the airport but will book the Verisante again in the future. The Bruno restaurant is fabulous! The best meal we have had in years and we have sampled fine restaurants around the world. Great outdoor pool/hot tub and Gym.

Excellent, top notch service. That’s the key differentiator. Would happily stay again.

I just don’t know of many hotels that do not offer breakfast or have a market of some sort. Our bathroom was so dark! There was one dim light over the sink.

Great stay overall. Room was nice, front desk lady was fantastic. I like the digital code for the room. Good for a lower quality hotel. Bed was comfy. Place is just older
