My only disappointment was this is an all adult resort and everything closed at 11pm! Pool closed at 7 pm. Music and lounge closed at 11, no clubs to enjoy.

From the initial phone, call E concierge Fernanda to the front desk check-in Maria to our personal concierge Jose the training and follow-through of the staff is amazing. Combine this with the most beautiful luxurious hotel situated next to the waterfront five star dining in every restaurant you cannot go wrong with Grand Velas for those that want to save a few pennies. This is not the place for you for those that don’t mind spoiling themselves and their families and giving them a 10 star experience I highly recommend it. I’m a huge fan of this franchise. I visited Nuevo Vallarta Cabo San Lucas and looking forward to going to Cancun to visit the other resort.

This is a good property, only thing when you first arrive they are leaves everywhere and they were leaves in my jacuzzi and patio, it appears leaves are constantly falling, otherwise it’s a nice property. The food was great, waiter was amazing, all restaurant staff I interacted with was great the Chef and restaurant manager came out to check on me. I would definitely consider staying there again.
You have the advantage of being able to visit the sister property which is a plus because it was a 1 day stay I didn’t have the chance to try the restaurants @ the other property.
Boutique is right by the road there can be noise from all the traffic
Downside was I never got an email from. The property prior to my stay but Jair Gutierrez my person concierge was helpful and had scheduled my dinner @ the restaurant prior to my arrival. The buttler also ran my jacuzzi that was nice
