(1,000 reviews) very pleasant from check-in to check-out. room was clean, all furniture and furnishings were brand new; espresso machine was clean and much appreciated; bathroom and the amenities therein were high standard and appropriate to the hotel price range; valet parkinbg service was pricey at 40$ but given the rain when we arrived, we didn't hesitate to use it. sorry we couldn't stay longer than the one night we booked, but would recommend it otherwise. (673 reviews) We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay again when we come back to Quebec. It’s location is close to everything, as in everything( restaurants, art galleries, museums,port and the Quebec sign, shopping and of course the legendary Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac (like 8 minutes walk). Not only the unit is very spacious and modern, it also has 2 baths and 2 bedrooms and a complete kitchen with a full size ref and oven. It was very convenient especially when it was very cold during our stay, we cooked our own breakfast and lunch and just sit cozily in the couch while enjoying our K-dramas! (1,001 reviews) Would recommend clearing the enrty steps of snow. The steps are very steep and small. A real hazard with snow build up, especially carry luggage and opening the entry door. Also there was a dead, mutilated bird in the snow on the street, which should have discarded. Not exactly what you want to see entering/exiting the horl and restaurant.
