Bordeaux Mountain Trail Fishing Holidays

The room was very clean and had great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly. The space is beautiful and charming. Bartender and Restaurant staff were exceptional and the food was amazing. My only piece of feedback would be to add some lounge chairs near the pool. But next time I come back to St Thomas there is no doubt I’m staying at Hotel 1829!

We loved everything about our stay - just wished we had stayed longer. The beachfront room was perfect for our family and the view was amazing. The beach was perfect for the kids to swim and snorkel and we even got to meet some friendly sting rays right off the shore! The restaurant had good food options - all of which were yummy. We will definitely be returning :)

The location and facilities are good. Clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful surrounding tropical nature and atmosphere. Great for snorkeling. Pools open 24/7. Lots of cool plants and wildlife directly onsite. One drawback is the very high pricing, it is quite expensive to do some extra activities like a boat trip or just to eat. There is an excellent Pizza place that delivers for reasonable cost to the lobby which mitigates this somewhat, but not a solution for every night. It is still overall good but I cannot attest a reasonable value for money ratio (hence only 4/5 rating).

Wyndham is a timeshare complex. Beware of the sales pitch you will be presented with at check in. There is no breakfast offerings at the restaurant. The restaurant is not affiliated with the Wyndham and the service is very lacking. What is really nice about the stay is the staff. They are very amenable to your needs. The resort is also very quiet and you can always find a beach chair.
