(1,000 reviews) Staff were overall fantastic and would say they were 10/10\. However for the price we paid, there were some things that weren’t that great. The rooms were pretty bare, and had scratches all over the walls and broken window blinds. And staff would generally be working right outside our window so it felt a bit intrusive at times. The rooms were also quite loud and the way the buildings are made cause of a lot of echo so you can hear every conversation going on.
