While all the staff was great from the start, I was particularly impressed by the kindness and welcoming nature of two: 1- Louise, at the reception desk, helped me from the moment I arrived and was patient and empathetic and 2- Rima, the woman working in the Executive Lounge. She was so attentive and thoughtful from day 1! I take with me great memories of this nice hotel.

Dorsia Hotel is something special, the beautiful interior with all the beautiful details. The staff are amazing, every single staff member went out of his/her way to help. Breakfast was delicious, room was wonderful, music in the lobby was so fitting and beautiful. This is an awesome hotel and I will stay there again!

Lovely little hotel😊
Staff were lovely and so friendly, a true asset to your hotel!
Free tea and coffee 24/7 is also a nice touch👌
Room was a little small but it was clean and comfortable for a good nights sleep.
If I find myself back in Gothenburg I will definitely stay here again!
