Staff was not helpful. They took our number and was supposed to call when room was ready…he went home and didn’t call. If you need ice on 1st floor…nope, go to the second floor…nope it’s empty, go to 3rd floor….oh cool it’s empty too! Grrr. Try to find someone to ask a question…good luck! Want coffee…be prepared to wait!!
