We went for 1 week with my husband and other family members. We loved our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious at the specialty restaurants; we tried the Argentinian and the Italian, our room was clean and we had fun at the adults only pool. All in all, our stay was very would highly recommend staying at El Cid Castilla Mazatlán. Thanks to all for making our stay a beautiful experience.

Lacks amenities and restaurants. Other restaurants on property were far away. There was no person available to help with luggage on arrival. Not much instruction on how to navigate to different properties and restaurants or help booking activities
