(1,006 reviews) The people were absolutely great every one of them. The food was wonderful with many options. Pedro made our pool time fun. His attention to detail was very impressive. The room although very clean and comfortable was not that great. The whirlpool looked dirty and took forever to fill because the drain was not working well. Lights burnt out in the shower and other places. We all have a wonderful time and we are very glad we made the trip. Not your fault but getting there was a pain and waiting for resort shuttle at the airport was very confusing and so so hot.
