It was an amazing stay. Clean, everyone was very friendly. If I would go back to Toronto, I would definitely stay there again.

Clean room, good restaurant. Parking was expensive, location isn't ideal and the AC wasn't working adequately.

Great place to stay

Bad entertainment in lounge. In room, computer lighting in bedroom (both pads) do not work. Coffee maker does not work. No power outlets on desk or near desk.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Beautiful room and bathroom. The room was quite large so that was nice. It was quiet and the beds were firm and very comfortable. The hotel itself is lovely. Valets open the doors for you each time you exit. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant. We had the pancakes and the french toast, they were both delicious. I would definitely stay there again. Our room was at the very end of the hallway so nice and quiet.

The hotel is a great place to stay around the airport. The restaurant on property is fantastic! The staff have been very accommodating, allowing us a slightly later check out, advising we can park our car at the hotel (for a fee - but at a lower cost than airport parking) while we go on our trip abroad, and offering/booking a shuttle service to/from the airport. I’ll be staying here again on our next trip abroad out of the Toronto airport.

Toronto is very pricey, and this hotel was no exception, at the very least though it was clean, in an incredible location and felt luxurious, with a great bathroom. Only complaint would be the view, considering we paid for a lake view, we did get one but being on level 1, did draw the short straw there.
