The view from the hotel is beautiful and the common areas are clean and modern. The rooms have horrible showers that leak all over the bathroom floor, the floor hallways are dark, dirty and smell horrible and the door handles to the rooms don’t always work. The guest elevators didn’t work the entire stay so everyone had to use the kitchen elevator which smelled horrible and was really dirty. Pretty view but unfortunately not a pleasant stay especially for the rate.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hostellerie Bérard & Spa in the enchanting south of France, and it was an absolute delight. The staff's warmth and attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort to my stay, as they went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. From the picturesque surroundings to the impeccable service, Hostellerie Bérard & Spa is a true haven for those seeking a delightful escape in the heart of the French countryside.

Condition of the property is deteriorated. Bathroom fixtures are falling off the wall, clogged sink.

Every single staff member was welcoming, friendly and provided excellent service, Julian, Gabriel, Maria, Arnault, Luna, Nicolas, Francois mgr, valet, concierge, restaurant etc - nice quiet town, aside from being unable to swim in ocean first few days; the staff & facility (pool helped) more than made up for the inability to swim in ocean which had unfortunate overflow from stadium toilet.

Spectacular place. Loved just about everything. Lots of activities on offer. Great spa. Fantastic Michelin star restaurant.
