The beach staff can be a little overbearing - the beach staff (while good security) are watching every step you take… headed to the ocean, making sure you don’t move a towel that has been sitting on a chair for 3 hours - ha!
The concierge staff is really good though… kind and caring.
Desk staff can be blunt and got us a bad taxi ride to the airport

Overall experience was okay. Highlight was the dinner. But our room was not ready for 3:00pm checkin. We waited for 1.5 hours for room. And the room had a smell. Staff were kind but seem overwhelmed.
