The staff and service were amazing, my partner and I decided to book an overnight stay for our anniversary, we didn't inform them prior, nor make any special requests, but they still surprised us with a complementary anniversary cake, as well as a discounted room upgrade! The staff didn't even let us open any doors, whether it was taxi, or hotel entrance. The hotel was beautiful, the amenities were fantastic, felt like kings and queens for a night.

All areas were clean & tidy, they just forgot that we were booked for 3 people & had failed to prepare the sofa bed for that. In a great position near transport, shops etc.
