Everything was great and beyond expectation. Only one small issue: the coffee machine didn't seem to be working or not cleaned for a while. However, everything else was amazing.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and well maintained, although it was not quite as spacious as we expected, especially since we booked the Grand Room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores within walking distance.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and had enough space for all of us + luggage. Definitely staying again

I still like the place and it is still my go to. But the prices went up… and the rooms remained the same. I also didn’t get the same room as usual and I had no view of the tower. First time I get a room without the view and that changes everything.

Located in Shinjuku across the street from the Metropolitan Government Building, we were treated to a light show every evening and were amazed. The hotel itself is in a prime location with a street level covered concourse that takes you right into Shinjuku Station so public transportation was readily accessible. Toei Oedo line has a station directly accessible from the hotel for even more convenience. The included breakfast was outstanding as we tried both the Club Lounge and the main restaurant. The hotel requested that we make a reservation for a 30 minute arrival window for the lounge which kept the lounge itself spread out with no sense of crowding. Same can't be said for the main restaurant as we went at 7am (i.e. they open at 6am) and found a short line but when we departed slightly after 8am, the line was at least 10+ deep. Recommendation, go early or book a Grand Premiere Room to gain access to the Club Lounge. Our room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Zero complaints. We will consider staying here again on our next visit to Tokyo.
