This property is a true oasis. The rooms are top notch with all the amenities. The food is great. We stayed in the Riverside Villa Hideaway. We watched toucans in the trees while enjoying our private hot tub...doesn't get better than that! We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff made it extra special with champagne and love decorations in our room. They were super friendly and helpful every day. The location is great. We had rented car, so everything was easily within driving distance. Cristel, in reception, made sure we had everything we could possibly need. Oskar was a fabulous bartender, who entertained us with his stories and shared his knowledge of his country. Jeisson was super helpful with our luggage and took the extra time to show us the location of the sloth before we left and shared his expertise of the animals on the property. Rolando and Tatiana were very attentive and had great food suggestions. We will definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

Incredible access to nature from our room!

This was the most beautiful hotel and property I have ever stayed at! (Which I guess is reflected in the price...) Everyone was kind and lovely. The breakfast was amazing! The dinner options were excellent portions as well! Unfortunately we arrived the day before they closed the pool and hot tubs for maintenance.

This was the most beautiful hotel and property I have ever stayed at! (Which I guess is reflected in the price...) Everyone was kind and lovely. The breakfast was amazing! This property is stunningly beautiful. All staff were so kind and helpful! We had our teenage daughters with us, I dont think it is the best place for kids - little to do overall. But we had a nice time. We did the ficus excursion and though it was pricey, it was fantastic! Everyone was very helpful and the food and drinks, though pricey, were delish! Highly recommend, especially for a couple. We did stay in the main lodge under the dining area - the downfall there was the noise from the chairs and tables - it was very loud - would recommend they get some padding for the chairs on the deck to decrease the noise. Or stay in another area on the property.

Really enjoyed our stay here! One of our favorite places we stayed at! The fire pit and the views were stunning! We got some beautiful photos. The server in the restaurant I forget his name but he was wonderful as well. We also did the avocado trail and it was nice but we went a little late so it started getting dark. Def recommend doing it earlier in the day. Overall, very clean and friendly staff. Recommend!
