Clean room. Nice balcony. There is a cheerleading facility on property that affects parking. Parking is a distance so load and unload from the front door then go park. The parking gates were broken and open so it kind of felt like you should not had to pay to park if people could access parking without paying. Overall nice place to stay.

Staff were amazing and friendly! I would absolutely stay here again soon! I am already planning my second visit later this year! The shuttle service was so convenient as well.

My family and I loved this place. 11/10 Family friendly, I definitely recommend it.

I would say the rooms need a little updating, but the three bedroom suite was absolutely perfect. The waterpark was a great time. The only thing I would say is, they should add pool towels to all the pools as we went to the pool and there was no towels when we got there. Other than that, I would say this property is worth every penny we paid.

Everything was absolutely perfect and we had the greatest time. Our first family vacation and we exceeded our own expectations. The only complaint was the left over beer caps in the bark mulch we kept finding from guests before us. But I would definitely recommend!

It was okay, but we will not be back. We liked the proximity to all the parks, the staff were very nice, the water park was great to have nearby, and was relaxing and fun. It was easy to text the hotel and someone would answer quickly and helpfully. It was super cool to have fishing, too! Unfortunately, there were more cons than pros, and I want to share in case it is helpful to others. There were a few things we did not like: - The hallways were not maintained. There was trash along the sides and the carpets were not regularly vacuumed. - We had to keep track of our pool towels or we would be charged. That’s hard to do when there are six of us! We were expected to use the same pool towels for our week stay. - The linens were terrible. They didn’t have fitted sheets! - The master bedroom did not have any bath towels, and it took a long time to get some. - We asked for extra bedding for the pull out couch and it took hours to get. - my elderly parents needed help making their bed, and the staff member only dropped them off and said “we don’t do that” - The restaurant was constantly too full with a long wait. They closed the kitchen at 8:30pm even though they were open later because they had reached capacity. The food was also not very good. - we rented a cabana which included attendant service. They stopped coming halfway through the day. They did take funds off for this when I mentioned it, which we appreciated! - the shuttle running to the parks is very limited.
