Place is exceptional, but be prepared to pay $38 a day for resort fees and a hidden $34 a day plus taxes for parking. The suite I got was very nice, but to be charge $157 after I leave the property and I just spent 2 days is ridiculous. As mentioned the place was kept clean the amenities were good, except the extra charges and sometimes its a headache to find parking spaces.

Always enjoy my stay , every year we visit twice. The restaurant in the mornings used to buffet, now you have to order. And they can never get your order correct. Three person eating they forget one plate. You wait for them to prepare the next plate, the other ones get cold. You ask for orange juice they bring you apple juice. Level of service has declined over the years

The staff were all pleasant and friendly! Bed wasvery comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and love that it was connected to The Florida Mall. It was a great experience for my granddaughter and I.
