Lovely, quiet location right by the river. Local shops are a 5 mins walk away. Nice breakfast set-up where you can sit inside, or outside on a lovely balcony with a few tables.

Good hotel, 20 mins away from city center, quiet neighborhood, staff were friendly. However it is overpriced..

Great location close to everything we needed, with very helpful and welcoming staff. The on-site parking was a big plus and made getting around very convenient.

I had a very warm welcome by the staff, who were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Even though the decor is somewhat dated it is very clean. The only real downside was the room could have done with a kettle.

The hotel was nice, staff was helpful and the breakfast was amazing. I did feel as though the room was too warm even with the AC on and I wish there was a microwave and ice machine available to guests. I will say that I'm from the US so maybe this is the norm for hotels overseas. I want to mention that although there was not a microwave in my room, the staff was willing to pop the bag of popcorn for me. I was very appreciative for that. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if possible.

I really loved this hotel. From the beginning the reception staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel is cute and perfectly located. I haven't eaten yet but plan to later as the restaurant is usually well patronised. The room was clean, cleaning staff pleasant and responsive( i needed an iron) and had all the amenities, including what you didn't know you needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if I come back to Cologne
