Staff (front desk, breakfast area & housekeeping) was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast quality was very good. Improvement areas include 1) AC unit is very noisy (mentioned at checkout) 2) room furniture needs some updating 3) bathroom needs exhaust fan for ventilation 4) room refrigerator is not cooling properly 5) The balcony was one of the primary reasons to stay at the Pocaterra Inn. We for room #214, the balcony view was disappointing and not acceptable, blocked by trees and the hotel building roof. Requested to change room, but no other availability at the time of check-in according to the front desk associate.
