I’ve machine was broken on my floor, if I asked for more then two buckets of ice they wanted to charge me. Mind I was filling up a cooler because they charged for personal fridge use

Great hotel, with many options for drinking and food. Staff at the reception could explain more in detail about all the services/areas you have available. Beach club could open earlier and pool close later.
The Pool with sand is great, bit cocktails could be a little bit stronger.
They allowed me to get my room earlier and get a late checkout for a small fee.
Modern hotel with style and far from the tacky aesthetics that hotels at the strip normally have.

Very nice and clean, helpful staff but they are all trained to immediately sign you up for the tour for the timeshare. I mention this because at least 4 different staff members tried to direct me to it. First they offer you something free. "Hi, how are you...after you finish answering, oh wow, well I would love to give you some free vouchers! We can get you 150 dollars of free vouchers to restaurants and free night. That's where they sign you up for the "tour" I am going through a divorce so I didn't qualify. But beware of the tactics they use to get you to do the timeshare. They ALL do it.
I loved that they had a monorail stop at the hotel. Didn't like having to pay for parking on top of the hotel fee and they put a 100 dollar hold on your card until check out as well.
