Very nice hotel in a great location with classic charm. The shower was a bit dated and the hotel is massive so being far from the elevator can be a chore. Food and beverage options were limited as the bar was under renovation and the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. This was a let down and not up to 5 star standards. Most of the staff was very friendly but one sour apple spoils to bunch and there was one rude one.
