The property is great - well laid out, not too big, and conveniently located on a lovely sandy beach. Staff are great and went out of their way to address any issues. The main thing that could be improved is the buffet - the variety of the food and the items within it were behind other places we have stayed. The lack of self service drinks also a problem. The à la carte restaurants are great, but if you are limited to one visit to each and you stay for a week, you are still eating at the buffet a lot. We are not picky eaters but found everything at lunch and dinner either covered in an unappetizing sauce, too salty, or just not appealing. If they cycled some of the main dishes from the à la carte into the buffet it would sort out the issue. Also, whilst the evening entertainment was varied and high quality, there is nothing for younger kids. A mini disco or equivalent would have solved this, and helped bridge the time between dinner and the main entertainment starting if you are with kids.

Even when providing all the payment documents and specifying which room was booked, they place you in a room you never expected! They completely ignore all complaints. I travel a lot from the U.S., but I have never encountered such rude behavior from staff! One more detail. A taxi from the port to the hotel costs 10 euros, but from the hotel to the port it’s 13 euros, and they add 6+ people to your ride. I consider this pure exploitation due to the hotel's monopoly. Save your money and find a small hotel when you can get delicious local food This property will completely destroy your mood and desire to come back!
