Beautiful hotel, perfect location and wonderful staff

I got exactly what I wanted out of my four day stay. Staff were excellent. The place itself was very peaceful, quiet and a nice place to relax in the warmth. With Fertillia a very short walk away with some local bars with good quality reasonably priced food and beer. Alghero an easy walk or bus ride away.

It is hotel for the kids due to the sports and all activities. Don’t expect great service and luxury. The included food is average and only the good food could be found at the restaurants you pay. The staff is not completely fluent in English so if you order something expect receiving the incorrect order for example ordering a drink could be challenging unless is something straight forward like a Beer. The fact that the kids enjoy it balances out a bit. In our opinion given the price it is not worth it. If you are going to give it a try we suggest no more than a week or 5 days.

At dinner, the staff were literally running to provide service as quickly as they could, but they were seriously understaffed and one meal of 3 courses took 2hrs45min. Most of them remained very friendly, but some were obviously frustrated. This was in low season (May), so we wouldn't have wanted to see what happens when the guest number triples or quadruples! Another thing: the room fridge didn't work- but it was quickly replaced. The food: a few very good dishes, several much too heavy ones. In general, excellent amenities, beautiful site.

Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We tried to take a late check out in lieu of missing our first night: given that is low season and the hotel was almost empty, you'd think they'd show some good will. No: they wanted to charge €120 for us to stay in our room until 5pm. Food is very average. It's a relaxing resort, but the mentality to fleece guests is disgusting. It wouldn't happen in Greece!  I'd avoid this island and the resort based on the hotel staff and taxi driver's behaviour, as one receptionist agreed with me that their approach was a cultural issue/nuance.

The staff is incredible they made our stay memorable. If we go back it is because of staff, especially Nicola.

The area is very nice right next to w beautiful viewpoint, however the Porticciolo beach is not the best you’ll find in Sardinia, we travelled 40 minutes by car to Pelosa, and Bombarde closer to Alghero were far better. If you are thinking of staying a car is a must, as you can’t visit much or have freedom without it, as the camp is quite far from Towns. Our chalet was clean at arrival and smelt pleasant but the shower is very small. Kitchen didn’t have many utensils be prepared to buy various things if you are planning to cook. Air conditioning is €30 for 24 hours which is ridiculous and to our surprise was not included for free with the chalet. However it is bearable without it, just about. Patio area is nice and quiet, good parking space, and nice pool. Breakfast is standard, however the croissants and apple strudel are amazing!!! The cleaning fee we paid upon arrival was not stated before at booking and it was over €60!! Overall this camp is more suited for for families with children as it’s safe and has a lot of activities and great live singing every evening. Kids looked like they were having a blast! For couples we suggest more in town, or like we did just rent a car and drive around! We liked the camp for its natural beauty, lots of flowers and friendly cats, a bat of two but also many mosquitos! 3/5 :)

From the moment my wife and I arrived it was like coming home to family. From the warm greetings from Anna and Tomasso we were led to our suite that was nestled amongst the natural preserve of trees native to Sardinia. The courtyard was tranquil and cozy and felt more like a community than a hotel. Our choice to purchase the half board was a great decision as both our breakfast and dinner were included in our stay. There we were greeted by the one and only Pietro and his wonderful staff and our waitress Cristina was a joy. Afterwards we had drinks outside and we were entertained by the beautiful voices of Marta and Alessia whose talent is nothing short of Broadway performances. Overall a spectacular experience!

If you have a car, and we did, it is a fantastic hotel. Friendly staff, great view, good parking.
