Main pools were good but needed to be cleaned more - lots of cups left overnight (I know people should clean up after themselves but they dont so more staff cleaning the pool area and pool would be good) Cups at the bar should be reusable plastic too. So much waste. Food was as you would expect. We managed to find something we liked each day. It’s good that you can swap between dinner and lunch if you want to go out in the evenings. Rooms are clean and quite well maintained. So are public areas and toilets. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who brought so much energy and fun to each day, and the bar staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and quick with a smile. There was always something going on for those who wanted to get involved, from activities during the day to lively evening entertainment, but it never felt overwhelming if you preferred to relax instead. The balance was just right. The buffet food had a great variety of dishes to choose from each day. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and catered to a range of tastes, so there was always something to look forward to at mealtimes. We were there out of season so can’t comment on the kids club etc as there weren’t many children. Rooms were a great size and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Overall, it was a great holiday experience with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, great food, and a team of staff who clearly care about making your stay special. Definitely recommended.
