Very clean, quaint room in Port Grimaud overlooking the canal. Staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was delightful and convenient. Easy access to St Tropez for day and night visits. A wonderful market on Sundays if you are able to be there. The last ride to St Tropez on the ferry is 6:30 pm so plan to take Ubers if having dinner.Also parking is provided close by but Sunday entry by car closes for the market so if you have luggage, be prepared. This is a minor inconvenience for the accessibility and atmosphere of the town.

The main big disappointment and what was not clearly indicated during the booking is that the resort does not have its own beach area - you have to go to a public beach or pay for a private beach - we had to pay for towels and beach beds each day (€.5 per towel per person per day and €30 per person per day for the beach beds). The room was clean, parking available on the premises, which was great. The beach view was ok not a full sea view - it was through the side of the building . The room had soap and shampoo but not hair conditioner - we had to go buy it from the supermarket. They only give a bottle of water per person for the first day, remainder of the trip we had to buy water.

Overall we had a pleasant stay — the campsite is clean and the facilities are good for families. However, we were quite surprised by a strange and outdated rule at the swimming pool: men are only allowed to wear tight-fitting swimwear, such as briefs or tight boxers. Regular swim shorts (including sport brands like Adidas, etc.) are not allowed. This rule supposedly exists for "hygiene" reasons, but it is applied only to men, which feels arbitrary and even discriminatory. Women are free to wear whatever swimwear they like, including ones they've used elsewhere. It would have been helpful to clearly state this rule during the booking process, as many guests were unaware and had to buy new swimwear just to access the pool. I hope the management will reconsider this policy or at least ensure equal and fair standards for all guests in the future

This is a charming hotel just a bit up the hill from the maint town. It was very quiet and easy to get to. We absolutely loved using their e-bikes. They have four - but be sure to reserve them when you want to use. We took for two trips - one to Port Grimaud and the other to Cap Camarat - Pro Tip: Do NOT put in bike route on google maps for Cap Camarat - takes you down roads with gates - use the driving map for this one.

Déception s'agissant de : - l'offre de restauration, que nous avons pas trouvé à la hauteur du positionnement de l'hôtel tant sur l'offre que sur le service de certains restaurants - du personnel : 50% d'entre eux avait une attitude digne d'un personnel de palace, et les autres manquait grandement d'efficacité ou pire, avait une attitude exécrable (comme la placeuse du restaurant asiatique) - notre chambre initiale était très petite et très bruyante - nous avons trouvé ca dommage pour un hôtel neuf situé sur une ile privée qu'on choisit pour le calme et la tranquillité
