Queues too long at beach bar - up to 30 minutes for a drink- desperately needs more staff as they were rushed off their feet.
Reception needs a map of the area- had no idea that we could walk to other beaches from hotel until last day. (we had not hired a car)
Not told we could do activities independently by reception. eg. We wanted to go whale watching - this is only available on a Sunday and were 'put off' doing it individually as it was 'so far away'. Turns out you can do in next town.
Hotel really quiet one night - turns out there was a band in the next hotel - no information about this
Toilet paper needs a hold in room bathrooms as sitting on the sink it gets splashed by taps - just a small thing!

Amazing hotel / resort!!!
I really can’t stop telling everyone great things about this place!
The service is by far the best service I have ever had. It’s so clean, amazing layout, perfect location! Such nice people, everyone is so eager to help you with your every wish. The food is delicious, drinks on point… this place is a dream come true.
