8.4/10 Very good! (459 reviews)
The main big disappointment and what was not clearly indicated during the booking is that the resort does not have its own beach area - you have to go to a public beach or pay for a private beach - we had to pay for towels and beach beds each day (€.5 per towel per person per day and €30 per person per day for the beach beds).
The room was clean, parking available on the premises, which was great. The beach view was ok not a full sea view - it was through the side of the building . The room had soap and shampoo but not hair conditioner - we had to go buy it from the supermarket. They only give a bottle of water per person for the first day, remainder of the trip we had to buy water.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (46 reviews)
I’ve stayed at many luxury resorts around the world, and Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel truly stands out for its exceptional staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The setting is breathtaking, and the warm, crystal-clear sea makes it a wonderful destination.
My only disappointment was that the beach club and pool are also accessible to day visitors. Unfortunately, this noticeably affected the atmosphere. On our last day alone, there were two separate incidents involving Russian-speaking women. One entered the pool in an overtly provocative and inappropriate manner, drawing the attention of the lifeguard, who warned her that if her behavior continued she would be asked to leave. The other was openly making disrespectful comments in Russian about other guests and appeared to be trying to humiliate them. This is simply not the level of conduct one expects at a luxury property.
At hotels such as Four Seasons or The Breakers, maintaining a refined, respectful, and elegant atmosphere is part of the experience. I hope Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel considers ways to better preserve the environment that its outstanding staff works so hard to create.
