Room was clean and put together so no complaints there. Staff also were helpful. Limited activities and food menus and service were sub par. Food was probably less than subpar. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I was using as a stationing ground only. I was very disappointed with the food since there really aren’t any options nearby for alternatives.

I love this resort. It is beautifully presented and its facilities are fantastic. However, it’s best quality is the staff. They are so helpful and accommodating. I always stay in a bure in the Reef section (adults only) and I will always go back. Lorraini, But Ani, and Alisi will look after you! I highly recommend it! See you next year!

We enjoyed our stay so much we returned for a longer stay. The staff from arrival to departure was fantastic and very welcoming and friendly!!!

The biggest letdown by far was the service. We chose Fiji expecting the warm, world-famous hospitality the islands are known for, but instead, we were met with a generally cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff on arrival were dismissive and unhelpful when we had a minor billing discrepancy, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Throughout the week, the staff at the buffet and bar areas seemed entirely unbothered and exhausted, getting a simple drink order or assistance felt like pulling teeth. When it rained there is nowhere to shelter other than your room. Overall, the lack of effort from the team and the poor state of the resort made this a stressful trip rather than a relaxing vacation. We will not be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere on the Coral Coast.

A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! The Club Level also has its own pool perched on the hill with a beautiful view, with internet access/work area and a fun place to play cards. The beach is beautiful & it’s fun to watch it change with the tides - the low tide sandbar is awesome! So many activities and entertainment options, but also nice to lounge around at the many pool, sand and grass area loungers and cabanas. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!

The room was clearly renovated and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. The pool is beautiful. Kids were the primary users of the pool. Both umbrellas and comfortable chairs were provided poolside. Of course, they always need more chairs because of the pool chair hogs. It has a small sliver of beach and you can walk further in front of another property. The grounds/landscape were constantly being worked on so it was a pleasure to walk around. It is located on Denaru, where many hotels and golf courses were located. I found I actually preffered to stay at the resort then go off property. The majority of staff were polite and helpful. The only issue I encountered was with booking transfers. I inquired at the desk about a transfer. A call was made on the phone and I was told either 198 FJD by card or 138 by cash. I declined as this felt odd since a previous ride cost me 65 FJD. I went the porter later and inquired about a taxi. He, at least, pulled out a list of fixed prices to locations which was 110 FJD, cash only. After making several phone calls, making my own arrangements was best since these situations made me feel like I was being taken advantage of at the time.

Nice location but water not overly clear. Pool area could do with some maintenance. Plenty of activities each day and night.
