The place is in need of some upkeep and modernization. The showers are old and the grout needs to be redone. Levers and knobs kept falling off of doors and windows. Needs an upgrade. Really disappointed in the food options in the evenings. The menu should be redone and prices reconsidered. Too Americanized and should give a sample of local fare. The beachside bar and grill was appropriate but closed so early it was not an option if you had daytime excursions planned offsite. It should be open later.

"The hotel is on the most beautiful beach in all of Anguilla. We were in the room second closest to the beach, so it was less than a 50 ft walk. The room was comfortably air conditioned.
