(256 reviews) Absolute gem of a resort. Amazing food, accommodation and service. After 11 visits to Fiji this stands out as one of my favourites. Veti, the Manager is an angel who will do anything to inprove your stay. She was there when we arrived late on a Sundat night after 11pm, and there when we left before 6am a week later. Food in Fiji is known to be hit and miss at the best of times but Wellesley did not disappoint. Gourmet food at very affordable prices. If you want peace and serenity this is the place to go. 10 out of 10. (879 reviews) The good: - Friendly and welcoming staff. - Great views around the property and accessibility to the ocean. - Kids club and many activities for them. - Swimming pool and bar. - Well equipped gym. The bad: - The room needed a makeover. It was antiquated and there wasn't enough lighting, needed new fixtures. - The wifi coverage was extremely poor and was barely available in certain areas around the resort. - Drinking water bottles weren't provided and had to be purchased or filled from the bar. - The staff were overworked and the fatigue was visible in their service. - The buffet food options were repetitive, bland and underwhelming at times. - There weren't many options for indoor/ outdoor games for adults. - At one point it seemed that the resort wasn't prepared or well equipped to accommodate or facilitate a high footfall of guests. - The coral and sunset cruises were disappointing. (396 reviews) What can we say about this resort that hasn’t already been said. Insert all the superlatives, as this place is magnificent. This was our 2nd trip back to Sheraton Tokoriki, and we are already planning our 3rd. The accomodation, the beaches, the reef, the food, the cleanliness, the weather…..and last but by no means least, the staff. Every employee we interacted with at the resort, from the management, the waiters and waitresses, the chefs, the gardeners, the activities team, were SO friendly to us. We cannot speak highly enough of the team there. Special thanks to Elizabeth, Beth and Subhankar for treating our family so well during our stay.
