The location was great to see Olympique the Marseille!!, the hotel was great, the staff was nice, except for Virginie , we were ordering at the restaurant but , our food was taking so long and she really didn’t care, because she was focus on other people’s order, thank goodness Sebastian understood what Happened and he gave my son a free non alcoholic fruit cocktail and he enjoyed it a lot, so 10 points for Sebastien 0 for Virginie

The staff at reception were all extremely nice and helpful. I lost a valuable item and when I returned (after checking out) it was returned to me 👏👏👏👏

This hotel is a perfect combination of luxury and comfort. Designed to convey rustic charm it actually provides high end amenities all round. We got an upgrade on check in. We had room 17 which was absolutely lovely with a large sitting area. The views from anywhere in the hotel are lovely and the staff very helpful.

Perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the Provence Markets and Aix has a huge one. Great location, friendly staff. We didn't do the breakfast so i can't comment. We ate at the restaurant and it was very good. Rooms were well appointed and the hotel is well maintained. We would absolutely stay there again on our next time in Aix.

This is a beautiful property with excellent service and staff. Breakfast buffet was simple but good. Very convenient location for getting around Avignon. Would highly recommend.

This is an excellent option for lodging. Nice rooms, with space, great bathroom, elevator and best of all, amazing view and location. We enjoyed a lot our stay in this hotel and loved Marseille.
