I was really glad I chose this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.The generous breakfasts were a great start to the day. Right outside the hotel, we used the bus, which took us to the city centre, the underground, the train and other transport links in just a few minutes. If I were to travel to Bilbao again, I would choose this hotel again.
