(1,000 reviews) Our room overlooked a new building being built which wasn’t ideal (I know it’s unavoidable but it would have been nice to be advised - the rooms aren’t cheap). The pool bar ‘bar’ was closed due to ‘bad weather(?)’ but we could ‘order like room service but there is a service charge’ (not great), very little in way of room supplies (no hot chocolate, a few tea bags), apart from one Christmas tree there was very little in way of Christmas decoration, which is such a shame, good things - the bed was super comfortable and room was nice.
