Great customer service. I was able to check in early on a busy weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful. The perfect location for a beach staycation.

Staff was lovely. Amenities is disappointing. No gym inside, no actual water front access and almost impossible to walk anywhere. Rent a bike? You’ll be on a major street and not the water side. Beach toy with no sand. Room service staff and front desk were amazing. So was our driver.

Room was clean, but the garbage cans outside the rooms were often overflowing, and trash/fast food containers were often left on the stairwell for hours at time. Could be a tripping hazard.
