9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,092 reviews)
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Room clean and modern, but did not have enough lighting - was rather dark.
Breakfast was good - but restaurant was disappointing, as it offered little choice for evening meal. No Portuguese specialities, as advertised! The attached cafe with lighter breakfasts was very good.
Location very good.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was cozy. Shampoo and conditioner weren’t that great. The shower gel pump was broken, but no one was checked while I stayed in 7 days.
