Southwest Orlando Fishing Holidays

Rooms have a noticeable almost Indian person smell. Could be from the wood furniture or a dusty older room smell. The rooms are fully stocked with all the cook wear and a dish washer so that’s nice if you want to cook. Washing machine and dryer was also nice . I wouldn’t recommend getting anything less than the suite. My one bedroom was super cramped didn’t match the advertised photos. The suite I had previously was very nice. Dissatisfied this last stay . Waited in line for check in 1 hour plus. Horrible parking .

The initial room was filthy . Mold in bath tub . Toilet made huge noise with flushing . I had to ask to be changed to another room . They then obviously gave me an “renovated” room. They should have done that from the start . I guess Expedia bookings get the trashy rooms. Mind you they tried hard selling me their time share . LOL . I won’t be staying with them again. And Expedia also has to step up their game . Expedia has to make sure their customers don’t get placed in the resorts worse rooms .

Loved everything about the hotel! We had a room with a view of the golf course. Had breakfast every morning at the course it was really good!! I'd definitely stay there again

Room clean and property is very nice. Watch out for resort fees, the $40 per day was disclosed, but the other $20 resort access fee was not. When asked about thr fee the front desk stated that is a extra fee that you have to pay to stay on property. Clubhouse restaurant was amazing food but be aware if you sre not golfing you are not allowed to eat there. They stated for golfers only.

Upon arrival was solicited by front desk clerk several times to upgrade to a more expensive room. Totally disappointed with the service of the restaurant on Lobby Level. Not what I expected from a Ritz Carlton. Sat down at 8:30pm. Didn’t get our ice tea or Diet Coke until 9:20pm. But they sure brought out a glass of wine pretty quick. Finally had enough and walked out. They offered to comp our dinner if we stayed, but wait staff attitude sucked. So I asked for a receipt for appetizers and glass of wine. I paid and left. Will stick with the Four Seasons as they are much better.
