We only had one night at the Alex, but would have loved more! Stylish lobby, a useful common area one floor up, compact comfortable room and walk to everything in Perths CBD. Friendly staff, what more could you want!

We were on level 3 and the view was terrible. The rooftop bar also closed at 11pm. We initially waited 10 mins for a drink then left, only to return at 10:50 to the bars closing. Other than that, the room was good. Pillows were a little too big

The room was a good size and had what I needed with the kitchen etc. and bed extremely comfortable. However, after staying in 2 Adina’s in Brisbane. Which is why I chose this one along with its close proximity to everything I needed it was old and furniture old and outdated. It is in need of a refurb. I was placed in what is an apartment for disabled people I felt quite guilty being in there in case it might have been available for them. The reception staff were lovely and friendly and check in and check out seamless. A shout out to the lovely lady who wore her head scarf as she got got into my car to help me find the car parking as I was struggling to find it. She went above and beyond and I was super impressed with her!! Please pass this onto her manager.

Beautiful property.

It was walking distance to all the shopping street such as Murray and Hay Street. It is clean and affordable. There is a nearby mall that serves delicious Asian food in Raine in case you want a rest from Steak and Chips. There is a free yellow CAT service bus running nearby the hotel. Do not miss to hop on and off on this for free.

Beautiful property with huge rooms in a convenient location.

We absolutely loved our stay in your hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt Devine when we first walked in. We were greeted by all staff with a smile and a friendly approach. We loved that the check in was easy and so quick. The room had amazing amenities and we had a beautiful stay and view from our room. We can’t wait to share this experience again soon. Thanks for an amazing stay

Room I was in was really noisy (off the lift lobby) so sleep virtually impossible with lots of people coming and going until all hours.
