Firstly, the hotel does not qualify for 4 star category. Carpet was old and worn out. Sheets and towels were old. Blanket was dirty. Bathroom smells. Fines imposed for everything but the water doesn’t drain in the sink. Breakfast is expensive. It should be under 3 star category. Pricey only because it is in Old town. Not so happy after paying EUR 185 per night.

Staff is very helpful and agreed to my last minute request for changing dates. Breakfast was amazing and has so many choices. Hotel’s restaurant provided great testy food too just need a little patience.

I am not sure the staff are helpful, I asked the receptionist about taxi to airport next day, and how much will cost me roughly she said 60 euro that is 120 marks, I challenged her because on arrival to Sarajevo it costed me 50 marks only, so I arranged my own taxi next day costed me 40 marks only (20 euros). This was an example

I was met at the airport by Alen who drove me to the hotel. Very pleasant and spoke very good English. Check in was painless, minor details with city taxes and registering the passport with the authorities. Room was what I expected from the pictures. I appreciated the kitchenette as I did use it often. The breakfast was fabulous- quite a selection. From cooked or boiled eggs to fresh fruits and cheeses. Variety of breads and choice of coffees or tea. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and spoke good English. The one set back is the location as it is not close to any public transportation and if you haven’t a car(they have parking!) taxi is the best transport.Unless you like a hike up the hill!) Taxi was prompt-never waited more than 5 minutes. All in all I was pleased with my experience and highly recommend this place.

The location was great, right near Latin Bridge and Old Town. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and the staff were all very helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. I would easily stay here again.
