The staff at the front desk for check-in was absolutely friendly and professional! After a long day at DC, her warm welcome felt very refreshing. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely go back.

The hotel was fine and in a great location. Staff were accommodating. My only two complaints are that I received a notification that my suite water would be unavailable from 1am to approximately 6am Saturday night (Sunday morning). Huge inconvenience. Then on my check out day Monday morning, there was no hot water for at least 2-3 hours before my check out. You just don't expect these inconveniences from a hotel of this type.
