The 50% off at the bar for the happy hour was amazing. The video games in the lobby were entertaining for the kids. Breakfast was good.

Even though I only stayed one night, the experience was amazing. Meticulous attention to detail, making my stay a very memorable one. The food is incredible, whether you choose to dine A La Carte or try one of their very well put together Degustacion menus. Great selection of wine and they take great deal of pride in presenting the local Bordeaux region, its wines and local delicacies. Highly recommended.

The hotel is close to trams so easy to get into town , the staff are very friendly and you can park securely in Q parking just over the road, nice place easy to find.

Pool was exquisite on 110 degree days!!! Great staff. A bit out of tourist area but worth it for the walk. Great breakfast too

Communication with the host appeared to be quite poor from the very beginning. All the emails and information presented to be detailed but all written in French language only. Other hosts during my trip to France provided all information in at least two languages: French and English. This included information about check in process. Having arrived to this property on Sunday evening its reception presented to be deserted. It meant to be open for 2-3 hours at that time but was closed. After half hour wait I checked emails and concluded from the one written in French language that key would have been left in the safe next to the entrance. In the meantime I tried to contact the host on a number provided but without any response. Having grabbed keys with welcome pack, written also only in French language, went to search for the flat. One of the workers helped me to find it. After few minutes I found few cockroaches in this property. I tried to contact the host but could not get in touch with anyone. No one was available at reception neither, and the worker I had approached earlier disappeared. I had left two of the cockroaches in the glass covered with leaflet and small box on the table in the living room, as a form of evidence, and left the property immediately. I returned the key to the safe and contacted the host via message on Expedia and direct email. I pointed out this issues and requested money back. Few days later and still have not heard back from them. Avoid it.

A lovely hotel and a short stroll to the city centre. The staff are very helpful. There is an amazing choice for breakfast.

There’s no parking close the Hotel , I have to park 20 minutes from the hotel , terrible … As soon as I arrive to the hotel nobody was there , have to wait 10-15 minutes to check up
