Richebach Fishing Holidays

Location is great to get around Interlaken and explore either the city itself or grab a train to the surrounding areas. Breakfast was standard spread but also freshly made items on request. Everything was delicious. Staff were super helpful and pleasant, we had iffy weather and they had pamphlets on rainy/cloudy day options which we took advantage of. No issues during our stay since it was chilly but people did mention lack of AC in the summer being a problem - that said, we had many windows and two balconies in our room, probably would be fine with a fan. Lastly, the spa was great, small sauna but you can reserve it if you want a specific time, the remainder of the spa area is public so it's not like you reserve the entire spa for yourself (there was some confusion with another couple staying at the hotel). And the foot baths... Amazing after hiking all day. Overall, more of an eclectic place than I imagined, looked like an antique store at times but did not seem like a "can't touch anything in this place" vibe. Had a great time and would stay again.

Staffs at reception desk are welcoming and helpful for my stay at Interlaken. The breakfast is included which is also impressive for its premium qualities and varieties.

The reception staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area, fluent in multiple languages and really helpful with information and assistance supplying us for our weekend stay. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. Was made to feel like a special guest.

We enjoyed the room. We got the river view. The staff was accommodating in checking us in early when we arrived around noon. Originally, we had booked the Mountain View, but later decided tinge the the river room and they were flexible in letting us change. The hotel is a six minute easy walk from the train station. The rooms are nice and modern. The staff was friendly and gave us cold water bottles when we checked out. Great location. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that.
