The telephone was not operational, so no calls could be made to order room service. The glass shower door continued to slide open (was not installed correctly and was on a bit of an incline). The restaurant closed early, therefore had to order Uber Eats to feed my family.

Great location. There were a few cute cafes and restaurants around. The walk to Coke and the Aquarium took about 20 minutes and was not bad at all.

Expedia cancelled my reservations and i was not provided a email letting me know so when I got there, I did not have a reservation so I had to rebook on Expedia just to still get the same deal then once we got that situated and headed to our room, we were locked out of our room because the door system did not work. Had to have someone from the staff maintenance come and reactivate the door so we could get in our room and that took about fifteen minutes but overall after that, we had a great experience the property is very big and lovely.

Nice location, modern, clean with many dining options

From the moment you arrive at the Hotel you are greeted by a friendly, helpful staff. The concierge Darren was the best as he took me to dinner in the Hotels private vehicle. The hotel check-in was smooth and the receptionist, Miguellina went above and behond to accommodate me. Highly recommend this hotel to amyone who wants to stay at a 5 Star Hotel with an amazing restaurant, Nobu in the lobby.

I would only come back for the super friendly employees, that being said the hotel could use some serious upgrades. We had to rig our bathroom door in order for it to shut. We used our shoes, garbage can to keep it from opening. You can’t tell the difference between the bath mats and the towels. They need to be thrown out and replaced with new ones. It’s the ritz Carlton guys, yes run by Marriott but come on the towels, robes .. gross, felt like sandpaper. The throw pillows were stained and just disgusting. My expectations were sadly diminished the moment I walked into the room. I will say the convenience of transportation from the hotel room was priceless. Close to the Marta and free trolley was awesome. I’d come back solely for the friendliness of the employees. Barbara, who is retiring after 40 years of working at the hotel was just amazing! Come visit us in Florida. So sweet! None of the negatives mentioned here have anything to do with the employees, I blame management.

Great staff and service. Restaurant was good and affordable. Great location next to Mercedes Benz stadium with just a 3 minute walk to it.
