VIP Access? It seems to be a misunderstanding. The long check-in process required entering a list of personal information on a tablet in the warm reception area.
Rooms looked good and felt clean at the first glance, but there were black spots around the Bathtub and the view from the window was to a an unorganized parking space with untrimmed grass.

I had an amazing time at my stay! The place was super relaxing, and the facility was beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and courteous. And the grounds were so serene and peaceful. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Excellent, modern hotel within minutes of the Kolne main station. It was very quiet and clean hotel, the rooms were modern and quiet. And the staff were nice.
