We were welcomed by Emily at Front of House who was so helpful. She gave us great recommendations and really made us welcome.
My only disappointment was due to booking through Expedia only 1 breakfast was included whereas if we had booked direct both guests would receive breakfast.
Otherwise the stay was ideal.
The area is great, 10 minute walk to most places, circular quay, the rocks, old sydney, the shopping area in Pitt Street.

The hotel is quite dated , I only require 3 things though
A nice shower , towel and bed - it lacked all 3 - bed is 2 singles pushed together like a mantra hotel , shower is impossible to get the right temperature right - I spent ages and eventually put up with cold
Towel was actually fine but not fluffy and fresh
You expect that at an apartment but this is why I book a hotel

Oldish decor but great hotel good location 10 min walk to harbour.
Pool was good. Kids loved it. Breakfast was great a good selection of food. Will stay again.

Ali at the front desk set me up for a great stay. The room upgrade was a nice touch and the hotel overall was clean, elegant, modern and accommodating. The use of the STAR facilities with the stay at darling was also a convenient part of the stay. Thanks Ali and team for a great stay!
