When we tried to see the menu in the restaurant she said people were eating there so we couldn't see one. Weird. Music is everywhere and we sometimes wanted a few quiet moments but tinny rock is even piped into the lifts and comes on part way through the ride up or down. Each evening we were advised to have breakfast between 7-30-8:30 as the here was very busy. And during 1st week Feb 2026 a building site sprang up on the land opposite so the diggers and drills were competing with the music the whole week. Lacked the personal service and little touches we are used to. Towels were removed from room and not replaced in evening more than once. Having said that we had a room with a sea view and the sunshine we hoped for. You can really feel the care that went into every detail. The food deserves a special mention: absolutely fantastic. We stayed for 7 nights and never once had the same thing at the buffet. Everything was delicious, original, and clearly prepared with creativity and quality in mind. The staff were incredible across the board, from front office to the bar and restaurant. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and full of good humour, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We stayed in a sea-facing suite, which was lovely and added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay. To top it all off, there was live entertainment every night with a great mix of music, from Spanish classics to a super fun ABBA night.
