We had a nice time and the hotel was nice. It’s definitely fairly lively with kiddos. The adult pool is close to a main restaurant so not a lot of true quiet time anywhere on property. Rooms are spacious, clean and nice verandas. All the restaurants were tasty. The kids slide for those coming with families is definitely a hit. Overall we enjoyed our time but would have liked a few more adult/quiet pool options for reading and relaxing.

Property and pool is why you come. Room was large but dated. Staff is the worst part of the experience. Less than helpful. Not very friendly, specially front desk and pool staff. Make you pay to use beach chairs and umbrellas! Make you pay to use Teen Club ( The Cave). What the heck is my resort fee for? Other resort’s at this level welcome you with a drink, warm towel…nothing!
Property is amazing. Pool fantastic. If you stay in the Molokini wing you are gonna walk A LOT to get to pool. Takes a day or two to figure out logistics and elevators.

Beautiful large rooms that felt like an apartment - a special hotel - low key, beautiful , organic, a bit off the shore but who cares....would go there again - staff was gracious and helpful - food excellent
