8/10 Very good! (376 reviews)
The hotel is modern, clean, and has a great gym and restaurant. We found the room to be spacious and tidy, however, the wall behind the bed (where the large image is) was extremely dusty, and I actually cleaned it myself due to the sneezing and irritation from the dust. Otherwise, it was a great stay and location!

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
The room was ok, but the design was tying very hard to be classy. Especially the bathroom was a bit strange with all black tiles and some annoying sliding door.
The beakfast was ok, but a larger selection of cold cuts, warm dishes and drinks would not hurt. The breakfast selection was quite basic and nothing special.
To access the hotel by foot, the best door was on the floor above the reception. Really annoying having to go down a level to check in. Didn't bother to check out because of this, going down an extra floor just to go back up with luggage and all... Just left my key card at the breakfast desk. Quite impractical!

The reception missed the VIP perk of 40 EUR even though I had mentioned it at the checkout and the lady knew about it and confirmed with me, I have to go back to get a refund later. All invoices are in German, I need to read them very carefully to realize that I didn't get the VIP Perk
